If illness is still present when the period of disability assessment expires, a reassessment can be applied for. Applications must be made in advance, as the processing can take several weeks. For reassessment, you must submit:

• New application for disability pension
• Medical certificate from the doctor who is best equipped to account for the applicants illness
• Confirmation from the pension fund that an application has been made for payments or that there is no entitlement

If other documents prove to be necessary to be able to assess the rights, the applicant will receive a letter regarding this after the application and medical certificate have been received by TR.
