Insurance payments in February amounted to ISK 15 billion, of wich 2,6 billion was due to taxes. These are montly payments for pensions and other payments. The number of Social Insurance Administration (Tryggingastofnun) customers who received payments in February is 71.459, of which 27.511 are men and 43.904 are women.

The largest number of SIA customers who received payments in February are 37.834, while the second largest group is disability pensioners 19.151. TR‘s payments in February were ISK 7,9 billion due to old-age pension, ISK 5,4 billion due to disability and ISK 0,8 billion due to other payments.
