Insurance payments in February amounted to ISK 13,3 billion, of which ISK 2,6 billion was due to taxes. These are monthly payments for pensions and other payments.

The number of Social Insurance Administration (Tryggingastofnun) customers who received payments in February is 69,463, of which 25,814 are men and 42,649 are women.

The largest number of SIA customers who received payments in February are 35,226 pensioners, while the second largest group is disability pensioners 18,622. TR's payments in February were ISK 7 billion due to old-age pension, ISK 4.7 billion due to disability and ISK 1.5 billion due to other payments.
