In the Customer Service Centre at Laugavegur 114, Reykjavik, and at authorized agencies throughout the country service counsellors receive clients and inform them of their statutory rights to Social Insurance and other assistance.

All payments must be applied for at the Social Insurance Administration on appropriate forms that must be submitted to service centres along with requested accompanying documents. All of the forms and applications can be obtained at www.tr.is, in the Customer Service Centre at Laugavegur 114, Reykjavik, and at agencies throughout the country.
